1. Services
Cvenviropest provides licensed pest control and professional cleaning services across Cyprus. All services are carried out by trained, licensed technicians using eco-safe, approved products.
2. Bookings & Quotes
Quotes provided via our website or phone are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary depending on the scope of work assessed on-site. Bookings are confirmed upon agreement of the quoted price.
3. Guarantee
We offer a 30-day service guarantee on pest control treatments. If the treated pest problem persists within 30 days of treatment, we will return to re-treat at no additional cost, subject to the client following all post-treatment instructions provided.
4. Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee.
5. Wholesale Shop
Products purchased through our wholesale shop are intended for professional use. By purchasing, you confirm you are a licensed professional or business. All sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
6. Liability
Cvenviropest is fully licensed and insured in Cyprus. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions unrelated to our services.
